  • Certain products include a warranty with varying durations based on product type.
  • The warranty period and terms are specified on each product listing.
  • When applicable, the warranty covers hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

  • User-caused damage, including power surges, liquid exposure, and physical damage.
  • Modified, opened, or tampered products, including changes to original specifications.
  • Software issues, viruses, and any related damage.
  • Batteries and battery life.
  • AC adaptors and power supplies.
  • Screens on laptops, phones, tablets, and similar devices.

  1. Warranty Process

  • Warranties are handled on a “carry in – carry out” basis.
  • You are responsible for delivering the goods to our premises and collecting them after service.
