  • Using the website and participating in the SAP Device Purchase Program (SAP DPP) constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Ownership & Use of Website

  • Device Shop retains all rights, title, and interest in the website and its intellectual property.

6. DPP Eligibility

  • SAP Employees: Only SAP employees may purchase company-used IT assets under SAP DPP through the Device Shop platform managed by Device SA and C2Kit on behalf of SLS (SAP’s ITAD partner).
  • Email Requirement: Non-SAP email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) will cause order cancellation.
  • Pricing: Device Shop sets discounted pricing for SAP employees.
  • Purchase Limit: Maximum of two devices per batch (across all categories) under the SAP DPP; orders exceeding this limit will be declined.

7. Product Availability

  • Goods are sold on a first-come, first-served
  • EFT orders not paid within a resonable time will be cancelled.
  • Unsold products may be removed after 30 days.

8. Payment

  • Payment Methods: EFT and Credit/Debit Card.
  • Device Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders under certain conditions.

9. Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery costs depend on product category and location.
  • Not all products are eligible for delivery.
  • Delivery is available only within South Africa to physical addresses.
  • Ensure accurate details and availability to receive Goods.

10. Returns Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel within 7 days of receiving Goods.
  • Condition of Returns: Return Goods in original condition and packaging.
  • Handling Fee: Up to 15% may be charged.

11. Warranty

  • Certain products under SAP DPP include a warranty; duration varies by product type.
  • Warranty Covers: Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects (within the specified warranty period).
  • Warranty Exclusions:
    • User-caused damage (e.g., power surges, liquids, physical damage).
    • Modified or tampered products.
    • Software issues, viruses, battery life, AC adapters, power supplies, and screens.
  • Warranties are “carry in – carry out,” meaning customers handle drop-off and collection.

12. Unauthorized Orders

  • Orders will be cancelled if:
    • Non-SAP email IDs are used.
    • Multiple or bulk purchases are made.

13. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate purchase and account details.
  • Device Shop may limit or cancel orders if they appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

14. Goods & Services Usage

  • Sales are limited to eligible South African residents, and Goods must be used per manufacturer instructions.

15. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk transfers to the Customer upon dispatch.
  • Ownership remains with Device Shop until full payment is received.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of the website is at your own risk.
  • Device Shop is not liable for inaccuracies, delays, or third-party failures.
  • Material and information are provided for general reference only.
  • Modification or discontinuation of the service can occur at any time without notice.

  • Governed by South African law; arbitration in Johannesburg follows the Uniform Rules of the High Court of South Africa.
