  1. Third-Party Couriers
  • Device Shop uses external couriers for select products.
  1. Shippable Products
  • PCs, Laptops, Screens from 27 inches and below, Phones, Tablets.
  1. Non-Shippable Products
  • TVs, Screens above 27 inches, Printers, Multifunction Printers, Scanners, Server Racks, Servers.
  1. Courier Cost
  • Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
  • Pricing is based on third-party courier rates.
  1. Damages or Loss in Transit
  • Device Shop does not cover damage or loss once items leave our facility.
  • Full risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.
  1. Insurance in Transit
  • Device Shop does not insure shipments or arrange insurance.
  • Customers who want transit insurance must arrange it independently.
  1. Client-Appointed Couriers
  • You may use your own courier for collection.
  • Risk transfers to you immediately upon dispatch.
  1. Collection
  • You can collect items in person from our Randburg offices.
  1. Accuracy of Information
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  1. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and courier schedule, typically:

  • Gauteng: 2 business days
  • DBN/KZN & Coastal Main Centres: 2 – 3 business days.
  • CPT Main Centres: 3 – 4 business days.
  • Outlying Areas: Delivery schedules depend on the courier’s route.
