Returns Policy

Returns Within 7 Days:

You may cancel any sale made on this website within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If you choose to cancel, please return the goods in their original condition and packaging.

After inspecting the goods, a refund will be processed within a reasonable period.

The costs involved in returning the goods are for your own account.

A handling fee of up to 15% may be charged.

Delayed Dispatch

You can choose to cancel your order if dispatch is delayed by more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

User Responsibility for Personal Data

You are solely responsible for any personal data stored on returned devices or services.

It is your responsibility to back up all personal data before returning any goods or services.

By returning goods or services, you agree to indemnify Device Shop and its representatives against any loss, claim, or damage (including related costs) arising from the loss of personal data.

Repair Service Agreement / Returns Service Agreement

You will be required to sign a Repair Service Agreement when returning goods.

If you do not sign a Repair Service Agreement, a Returns Service Agreement will be deemed to have been signed instead.
