Laptop Grading Definitions

  • A Grade: Good cosmetic condition. May include minor signs of use, including minor scratches, marks, indents or wear on user facing surfaces.

  • B Grade: Fair cosmetic condition. Moderate signs of use, including moderate scratches, marks, indents or wear on user facing surfaces.

  • C Grade: Poor cosmetic condition. Prominent signs of use, including prominent scratches, marks, indents, chassis damage or wear on user facing surfaces.

  • D Grade: Damaged cosmetic condition. Significant cosmetic damage including cracks, dents, chassis damage or damage on user facing surfaces.

Monitor Grading Definitions

  • A Grade: Good cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are no noticeable markings or blemishes.

  • B Grade: Fair cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are noticeable markings or blemishes.

  • C Grade: Poor cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are prominent markings or blemishes. 

  • D Grade: Damaged cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are significant markings or blemishes.

Phone Grading Definitions

  • A Grade: Good cosmetic condition. May include minor signs of use, including minor scratches, marks, indents or wear on all surfaces, including the screen. Battery sold as is

  • B Grade: Fair cosmetic condition. Moderate signs of use, including moderate scratches, marks, indents or wear on all surfaces, including the screen. Battery sold as is

  • C Grade: Poor cosmetic condition. Prominent signs of use, including prominent scratches, marks, indents, chassis damage or wear on all surfaces, including the screen. Battery sold as is

  • D Grade: Damaged cosmetic condition. Significant cosmetic damage including significant scratches, marks, indents, chassis damage or wear on all surfaces, including the screen. Battery sold as is
