Products are graded according to condition:
Laptop Grading Definitions

A Grade: Good cosmetic condition. May include minor signs of use, including minor scratches, marks, indents or wear on user facing surfaces.

B Grade: Fair cosmetic condition. Moderate signs of use, including moderate scratches, marks, indents or wear on user facing surfaces.

C Grade: Poor cosmetic condition. Prominent signs of use, including prominent scratches, marks, indents, chassis damage or wear on user facing surfaces.
- D Grade: Damaged cosmetic condition. Significant cosmetic damage including cracks, dents, chassis damage or damage on user facing surfaces.
Monitor Grading Definitions

A Grade: Good cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are no noticeable markings or blemishes.

B Grade: Fair cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are noticeable markings or blemishes.

C Grade: Poor cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are prominent markings or blemishes.
- D Grade: Damaged cosmetic condition. When the screen is on there are significant markings or blemishes.
Phone Grading Definitions
